Is parking available?

Yes, in front of our building and extra parking at the back of the building.


Do I need to be enrolled to make an appointment?

No, but there are additional fees for those who are not enrolled with us. ENROL HERE.


How do I cancel an appointment?

Please phone to cancel or reschedule an appointment – ideally with at least 24 hours notice.
Alternatively you cancel or reschedule online using the PATIENT PORTAL.


Can I bring a family member/partner/friend to my appointment?

Yes, you may bring a support person to your appointment.


Do I need to pay on the day of my appointment?

Yes. However, you can discuss this with management to make other arrangements if same-day payment is not possible.


How do I get my results?

You can phone Owhata Medical Centre to access your results, or you can access your own results online with our PATIENT PORTAL.
If you would like to register for the Patient Portal please call, come in or email owhata.admin@raphs.org.nz
We do not normally notify patients of their normal results, but will notify of abnormal results.
